On September 2, Stardubhe founder Cheng Yinghui was invited to attend the special seminar "2026 UBS Securities China A-Share Seminar — Commercial Space Frontier: Restructuring the 600,000-Foot-High Ecosystem" hosted by UBS Securities, where he discussed the industrialization path of satellite internet and space-based computing with industry chain partners and institutional investors. Representatives from space computing company Space Byte and satellite manufacturer Xuntian Qianhe also participated in the exchange, jointly exploring the ecological co-construction of space infrastructure.
At 600,000 feet, far beyond the Karman Line, lies a new value domain for the commercial space industry. At the seminar, Stardubhe founder Cheng Yinghui shared the company's business layout for the Space-Ground Integrated Communication-Computing Solution. The company focuses on space-based intelligent applications for autonomous systems, building lightweight satellite communication terminals and a space-based intelligent computing platform to construct a space-ground integrated communication-computing service system. Leveraging satellite internet access and on-orbit compute capabilities, autonomous systems can perform AI inference and feature extraction of images and signals in space, significantly reducing satellite-ground bandwidth pressure and shortening response latency in emergency scenarios. Even in working scenarios such as oceans and deserts where ground networks are unavailable, real-time intelligence, remote sensing, and autonomous decision-making can still be achieved.
Regarding industry development, Stardubhe founder Cheng Yinghui proposed the viewpoint: the first half of satellite internet is constellation construction, and the second half is computing power and applications. As low-orbit constellations accelerate deployment, the industry focus will shift from "launching more satellites" to "making better use of satellite capabilities." Satellite internet and space-based computing are not single-point hardware upgrades but a complete ecosystem that requires multi-party collaboration across satellite manufacturing, spaceborne computing, and communication terminal applications to connect the full chain from satellite platforms and on-orbit compute to ground-based autonomous system scenarios.
Fellow panelists also brought industry chain perspectives. Space Byte shared technological progress in on-orbit satellite-ground link transmission and computing payloads; Xuntian Qianhe elaborated from the satellite manufacturing perspective on how low-cost, mass-deliverable satellite platforms can support the large-scale deployment of satellite internet and space-based computing constellations. All parties agreed that deep collaboration across the industry chain is essential to reduce implementation costs and accelerate large-scale validation of commercial scenarios.
This seminar built a dialogue bridge between capital and the commercial space industry. In the future, Stardubhe will continue to deepen its focus on the space-ground integrated communication-computing track for autonomous systems, collaborate with industry chain partners to improve the space-based intelligent ecosystem at 600,000 feet, promote the large-scale implementation of satellite internet and space-based computing, and contribute to the development of emerging pillar industries.
